to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Mahajak Development Co., Ltd.

Placing an order

Placing an order with us constitutes an offer to purchase goods or services. Buyers must
confirm that they are at least 20 years of age. All information provided to us with your order is
true and accurate, and that you are an authorized user by the account holder you have used
pursuant to the payment method you have agreed with the Company. We reserve the right to
restrict, refuse, modify or cancel orders that appear to come from unauthorized persons,
including retailers, at our sole discretion.

Product information, product prices and product availability displayed on this website are subject
to errors or are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Mahajak Development Co.,
Ltd. is not bound by any offers or prices on its website. Mahajak Development Co., Ltd. reserves
the right to correct or cancel your order for any type of error on the website.

To place an order, simply add the desired items to your shopping cart. You can add, delete,
update, or change the number of items in your cart while you shop on the website. Once you're
ready to place your order, proceed to review and enter your shipping and payment information
to complete your order. You can complete your order as a guest or by opening a new user
account by opening an account with the harmankardonthailand.com website. You can also
quickly access the product support, updates and promotions. When you place an order, the
Company may review certain items before fulfilling your order.

channel, comprising many payment channels.

If we modify your order in the event that you decide to cancel your order, we will endeavor to
notify you. If the Company cancels your orders, we will only endeavor to notify you through the
contact information you provide in your order on the website.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation screen where
documents can be printed. This will include the details of your order and you will receive an
email confirming the order. Please remember to record this order confirmation and print out a
copy and use it as a receipt as proof of purchase to receive warranty service from the Company.

Terms of delivery

- Free delivery throughout Thailand when ordering products through our website.

- Delivery is subject to efficiency and availability of carrier services, subject to change without
prior notice.

- Delivery time is approximately 1 - 5 working days (excluding Wednesday - Saturday - Sunday
and special holidays).

Note: If the shipping staff cannot contact you to confirm your address again before shipping,
your order may be delayed.
